RetroMania

RetroMania is a one-day event about geek culture: retro video games, arcade cabinets, figurines, manga, cartoons, comics. The project was to give it a complete communication look, presented on one large board.

The starting point

The crowd ranges from console collectors to families who come for the atmosphere. The communication had to speak to all of them without leaving anyone out, and bring back the 80s and 90s at a glance.

The tone

A yellow and red logotype with a strong nod to the cartoons of that era, a star in the middle, and black to make the colours pop. The posters and visuals use the same trio.
